Customers in the US can apply for returns within 30 days after package delivery.
Unused goods with original packaging can be returned. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees for personal‑reason returns.
Used pet items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the product has quality defects.
We offer free return label for defective or damaged items caused by shipping.
Refunds will be processed within 5‑10 business days after we receive returned products.
